Order Questions
We will try our best to make order or address changes but we can’t always guarantee this.
As long as the order hasn’t been shipped yet, you can still cancel the order.
Please email us at hello@lorijsmith.com with the word “cancel” in the subject line as soon as possible. Please note that we cannot guarantee order cancellation as we ship very quickly – but we’ll do our best.

Shipping Questions
Standard shipping is FREE for all orders $155 or more.
We’re excited to offer fast shipping! Most orders go out within 24-48hrs Monday – Friday.
During the Holidays please allow up to 3 business days for your order to process.
Most often we use UPS Ground. You will always receive a tracking number once the order has been fulfilled.

All orders placed will be provided with a tracking number once it has been packed and prepared for shipment.
We currently do not ship internationally. Please continue to check in, as we hope to begin soon.
Returns & REFUNDS Questions
We are happy to issue an exchange or refund for products returned within 30 days of shipping your order. Please email us directly at hello@lorijsmith.com so we can process your return. Planners must be undamaged, remain in its original packaging, and still have the original wrapping. We are unable to refund shipping charges.
