What is Faith Based Coaching?

Faith-based coaching offers a transformative process that blends the wisdom of scripture with the latest in neuropsychology. It gives you the best tools possible for living in alignment with your true identity and enriching the way you experience everyday life. This one-to-one relationship provides a safe and nurturing space where you can freely explore your thoughts and feelings and share them honestly without judgment.

What are Coaching Sessions Like? 

Coaching is all about you, and that’s what makes each session truly special. Together, we start each 50-minute meeting by setting an agenda that reflects your needs and priorities. This collaborative process allows us to choose a specific topic to focus on and identify the objectives that matter most to you. Throughout our time together, I’ll guide you with thoughtful questions, helpful tools, and engaging activities tailored to your journey. We’ll wrap up with a check-in, and together we can create a plan that aligns your actions with your core values, ensuring you feel supported every step of the way.

I center my coaching practice on aligning beliefs, values, and actions around ten key areas of life and utilizing eight main concepts that are embedded in my philosophy (beliefs and concepts) of living your most beautiful life.

Coaching Package Options

Traditional Coaching

(available in 6 or 12 session packages)

This package offers either six or twelve 50-minute coaching sessions conducted via video conference on Zoom, along with email support between sessions.

Clients will receive audio recordings of each session, a guided plan outlining coaching goals, and documentation of their achievements.

Each session can be scheduled at the client’s convenience.

VIP Coaching

(includes 12 total coaching hours over a minimum of six months)

The VIP coaching package is thoughtfully designed for women who need to prioritize nurturing themselves, their home, or their family. We begin with a 1-hour prep session that establishes the foundation for your journey, followed by an immersive 6-hour coaching workshop, divided into three manageable 2-hour sessions. You’ll also receive six monthly one-hour coaching sessions to keep you connected to your journey.

This package is ideal for addressing challenges such as carving out time for self-care, creating a nurturing environment, or enhancing relationships with loved ones. It’s an empowering opportunity to gain clarity and confidence in your nurturing journey, helping you balance all that life presents, whether that focus is currently on you, your home, or your family.

Traditional Coaching

1 – session = $35

6-session package = $180 

12-session package = $320

VIP Coaching

13 hours personalized package = $350

All coaching packages include:

  • a guided plan of coaching goals
  • coaching sessions via video conference (Zoom)
  • audio recordings of each 50-minute coaching session
  • email support between sessions

While each session is scheduled at the client’s convenience, it is recommended to not go more than three weeks between each meeting to keep up momentum and session continuity.
